Interest Rates Market Update

A number of mortgage lenders have increased rates over the past few weeks, this is in response to the lack of certainty of a Bank of England base rate reduction in the coming months. Despite inflation falling, Bank of England are remaining reserved about reducing rates and therefore swap rates have increased impacting mortgage rates.
